On Friday 19 June 2020, ‘Clemson Athletics’ took to public saying, 28 positive Covid-19 had been discovered among 315 athletes and staff test.
The list includes a significant number of Clemson football players; 23 of the 28 athletes play football.
According to the release, Clemson has notified those with positive tests and will isolate them for a period of at least 10 days.
Those who’ve been in contact with them have been asked to self-quarantine for 14 days.
The school said that most of the total cases have been asymptomatic and there’s been no hospitalization.
